If you're having problems in ASIO mode with Windows 10, here are some things to try:
1. The first thing to do would be to check for audio driver updates on your sound card or audio interface manufacturer's web page. Many audio hardware manufacturers are rolling out new Windows 10 drivers.
2. If you are running 64-bit Mixcraft, you can try running the installer again to install 32-bit Mixcraft. You can have both 32- and 64-bit Mixcraft installed at the same time. 64-bit ASIO drivers can be finicky.
3. Right-click on Mixcraft's icon, select Properties, then select the Compatibility tab. Try setting it to run in Windows 8 compatibility mode and see if that fixes the problem.
