There's no automatic way to remove a single word. You can highlight sections of sounds and cut them out very easily, though. Click and drag a highlight over a section of sound and press Ctrl-X to cut a section of sound. You could also try highlighting a section of sound, right-clicking on it and selecting "Reduce 20%." Drag the line in the highlighted section down to lower the volume, then add another sound like a bleep to cover up the low volume word.
