There are several different ways to import MIDI files into Mixcraft:
1. If you're starting a new project, click on the File menu and select Open Project, then browse to the location of the MIDI file to load it. Note: using this method may include additional MIDI information, like tempo, that the other methods don't.
2. Drag and drop the MIDI file directly from Windows into Mixcraft.
3. Right-click on an instrument track and select "Add Sound File."
4. You can also add local folders containing your own collection of midi files, into the "Browse your computer" section of the Mixcraft 10 library
