Melodyne is crashing when I try to activate it!

First,  make sure you have the latest version of Mixcraft installed. Click on the Help menu to check for updates.

Melodyne 4 sometimes crashes like this. If you have Melodyne 4 installed, go into Windows Apps settings and uninstall any Melodyne items.  When that's done, start up Mixcraft and check for updates to install Melodyne 5 Essential, which is what comes with Mixcraft 10.

Also, log into your account at Celemony.com to make sure that Melodyne is properly activated on the computer you're using, and that you have the latest update for it. If you're using an older version, and an update is available, download it and install it.
