I am having trouble registering Mixcraft

When I enter my registration details, Mixcraft tells me the registration ID or code is incorrect.

1. Make sure you have installed the correct version of Mixcraft to match the registration ID and registration code that came with your purchase. IE: Entering a Mixcraft 9 registration into Mixcraft Pro Studio 9 will not work.  Contact support if you need help locating the correct download.
2. Please copy and paste the registration ID and code into the registration window rather than typing it. This will avoid mistaking zeros for Oh's, L's for I's, etc. See this video on how to register.
