Q: What is a retrieval code?

A: Retrieval codes allow you to have your registration code sent to you by email. Your retrieval code will always start with the letters "RC".

Q: Where do I find my retrieval code?

A: Depending on where you purchased the software, the retrieval code may be in an email from Share-it,  on the  back of the disc envelope, or it may be on your purchase receipt.

Q: Where do I enter my retrieval code?

A: Go to this page to enter your retrieval code: www.acoustica.com/rc

Q: Is my retrieval code my registration code?

A: No, your retrieval code is used to retrieve your registration code. You only use it once, and after that, you'll be using your registration code to register the software.

Q: What do I do if I entered the wrong email address when using my retrieval code?

A: Please send in a support request and customer service will assist you: Submit Acoustica Support Request.

Q: Can I use a retrieval code more than once?

A: The retrieval code is used just once when you retrieve your registration code. After that, you'll be using the registration code to register your software.

Q: What should I do if I enter my email address and I get a message that says "(Retrieval Code) already used?"

Q: How do I get my registration code after using my retrieval code? 

A: You should receive an email with your registration code within an hour. If you don't get the email, check your spam folder. If you don't get it within an hour or so, please send in a support request and customer service will assist you: Submit Acoustica Support Request.

Q: What should I do if I don't have my retrieval code?

A: If you have never used your retrieval code, send in a support request: Submit Acoustica Support Request.
