How do I re-install Acoustica software on a new computer?

How do I re-install Acoustica software to the same computer or an alternate computer? 

Simply download, install and register the software with your Registration ID and Registration Code. 

Ignore any prompts to use a retrieval code or purchase. Retrieval codes are only used once.

    you don't point out where to download the already purchased software, to which I'm having major issues finding  as I need to get this onto my new laptop. If I am not able to reinstall the software which had already been purchased and was supposed to be available indefinitely to me, I'd have to ask for a refund as I understood I should've been able to reinstall purchased software whenever I needed.
