Can I change which columns show on the tracks object?

Yes! There are several different ways you can do this:

1. Click on the tracks text object to select it, then right-click on the header bar (the one listing the field names).
2. Bring up the Text Properties dialog (by selecting the text object and then right-clicking on it, by choosing the "Properties" option from the "Text" menu, or by clicking the Properties button on the text object's toolbar), then scroll down to the pages for each field name and check or uncheck the "Field is visible" box.
3. Click the button at the bottom right part of the screen, just to the right of "Display Tracks" button.
4. Click the "Formatting" button on the Tracks dialog.
