If you can't download Mixcraft 10 Pro Studio and you're sure your connected to the internet, it may be that you just need to log into your account at store.acoustica.com first.
You don't need to be logged in to download Mixcraft 10 Recording Studio, but you do need to be logged into download the Pro Studio edition.
