Click on Mixcraft's File menu and select Preferences. In the Sound Device preferences, make sure you're not using a sample rate that's higher than 96000 Hz. A sample rate of 44100 Hz or 48000 Hz is best for compatibility with a wide range of plugins, including the Classic effects.
