This is the worst problem to get with this software, because it is essentially useless if it cannot find a supported CD or DVD burner! There are a couple of things you can try, though.
- If it is a USB or external burner, make sure it is plugged in and connected first!
- Try switching burning engines. Click the Window's "Start" button, followed by "Programs", followed by "Acoustica Photos Forever", followed by "Config" and followed by "Use-IMAPI". If that doesn't work, go to the same area but this time choose "Use-Goldenhawk"
