The music library problem is due to one of Windows Vista's new security measures. Windows Vista is not allowing MP3 CD Burner to make changes to its own music library file. To avoid that problem, run MP3 CD Burner in administrator mode. Right-click on MP3 CD Burner's desktop icon and select "Run as Administrator."
You can also change MP3 CD Burner's short cut so that it always runs in administrator mode. Right-click on the shortcut, select Properties and on the Shortcut tab, click on Advanced. Put a check mark next to the Run as Administrator option and click OK to save your change.
