When I try to print on a CD or DVD with my Epson printer, I get a message that tells me to remove the CD tray.

In Acoustica CD/DVD Label Maker, click on the File menu and select Preferences. In the Miscellanous settings put  a check mark next to "Don't auto-set paper bin or media type" and make sure that there is no check mark next to "Don't save printer settings." Click OK to save those settings. Next, click on the Print button and then the Properties button. These are the properties for your printer. Set the tray to "Manual." Save that setting and, back on the Print screen in the label maker, set the Paper Bin to "Manual."

Now try to print on a CD or DVD.
